Hy-Vee is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves full, organized, and ready for customers. You will unload shipments, stock and rotate products, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role involves standing, walking, and lifting, with on-the-job training and opportunities to learn retail operations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and can work with a team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers and helping them find what they need
• Use basic math for transactions and stocking
• Stay organized to keep shelves neat and accessible
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• High school diploma or equivalent required; up to six months of related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find products
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and rotate stock
• Monitor for mis-picks, stockouts, and wrong deliveries and report issues
• Tag shelves and organize backroom stock for efficiency
• Assist with checkout and store cleanliness as needed
• Train new stockers on duties and dress code/compliance
