Hy-Vee, Inc. is seeking a Stocker to keep store shelves full, organized and ready for customers. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, assist shoppers, and help maintain a clean, well-organized store environment.

This hourly position emphasizes customer service, accurate stocking, and teamwork, with training provided. The role supports various store areas and reports to the Store Director and Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to six months of similar or related work experience preferred.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and help them find what they need in the store.
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, and carrying heavy purchases.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product, and keep shelves tidy.
• Monitor mis-picked items, product outs, and wrong deliveries; report issues.
• Train new stockers on job duties as needed.
• Maintain Hy-Vee dress code, hygiene standards and company policies.
