Qualifications

• Friendly, courteous personality with strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of grocery products and store layout.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to operate dollies, pallet jacks, ladders, and box cutters safely.
• Ability to perform basic math for stocking and transactions.
• Must be able to work in extreme cold temperatures for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of English language.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet customers; deliver extraordinary service using Vallarta’s six steps.
• Follow core values: customer service, commitment, integrity, respect, humility, teamwork.
• Stock, display, and rotate grocery merchandise according to standards.
• Read order notes and handle substitutions for eCommerce orders.
• Pack eCommerce orders for curbside pickup.
• Safely unload and transport products using dollies and pallet jacks.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and stockrooms.
• Follow safety, sanitation practices and report unsafe conditions.
