Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous and friendly customer service.
• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves.
• Rotates merchandise to prevent expiry on shelves.
• Organizes and front faces items on shelves.
• Performs the proper inspections to meet HACCP regulations.
• Assists in reviewing inventory for product rotation to prevent shrinkage and damages.
• Ensures shelf pricing reflects current pricing and market conditions.
• Maintains area cleanliness through regular cleaning and pallet handling.
• Informs supervisors of low stock or out of stock merchandise.
• Performs other work-related duties as required and may work in other departments.
