As an Operations Generalist, you will ensure our merchandising and inventory strategies are effectively executed across the Pet Care Center. Your role includes maintaining the store’s operations, stocking shelves, cleaning, working the cash register, and providing excellent guest experiences. A passion for animal welfare and a positive team attitude are essential.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage inventory across the Pet Care Center.
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and displayed.
• Process transactions efficiently to enhance guest experience.
• Support guest interactions and promote our selling model.
• Support animal health and welfare procedures.
• Complete training to stay proficient in your role.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and collaboration.
• Follow operational policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant experience.
• Proficiency in mathematics and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and genuine interest in animals.
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Education/Skills Same as basic qualifications, emphasizing proficiency in math and communication skills. Supervisory Responsibility None. Work Environment Mainly indoor work, with some outdoor activities like stocking.
