S.P. Richards Company is hiring for a full-time Warehouse/Distribution Stocker/Associate in Cranbury, NJ. The role involves stocking merchandise, replenishing shelves, and operating RF scanning equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Compensation includes an hourly rate with progression, plus benefits. You will work Monday through Friday with overtime as needed and be part of a safety‑driven team focused on accurate, safe product handling.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and product codes.
• Ability to operate RF scanning equipment safely.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and move heavier items with aids.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.39 Annually

Summary:

To stock business products accurately, promptly, and safely throughout the warehouse.

Location: Cranbury, NJ

Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr up to $22.39/hr after 12 months of employment

Standard Work Hours: Mon thru Fri 4:00am - 12:30pm, with mandatory overtime when needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Stock merchandise received from the manufacturer onto assigned shelf.
• Replenish shelves as required.
• Operation of RF scanning equipment is required
• Adherence to the Stockroom Housekeeping Policy of facility and specific product line area is required.
• Accuracy in repetitive routine is very important while maintaining good speed.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules including the handling of hazardous materials.
• Occasional use of forklift - certification required.
• Monitor and report to supervisor the minimum and/or maximum space requirements of stocking locations.

Qualifications

Must be functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing product numbers and line codes to insure proper retrieval of product for shipment, including identifying sequence of numbers and letters accurately and rapidly.

Education/Experience:
