Position: Part Time/Full Time - Entry Level

Reports Directly to: Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maintain exceptional customer service for all clientele
• Adhere to "Meet and Greet" policies
• Stock shelves with new merchandise upon receipt
• Work back stock to replenish shelves
• Face shelves and maintain display conditions
• Assist in building and maintaining displays as directed by management
• Organize and maintain the warehouse
• Assist in ordering as directed by management
• Support front end or other departments as needed

Company Standards:

• Follow all safety guidelines regarding equipment and tools
• Comply with company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently. Must have dexterous use of both hands, and be able to stand and move about various workstations. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items, and use knives and sharp instruments is required.
