Join to apply for the Stocker role at Northern Tool + Equipment

As a Part-Time Stocker, you will keep our retail stores organized and our shelves full for our customers by unloading product deliveries and moving the product to the sales floor. You will also maintain the visual presentation of the sales floor, greet customers, and assemble products for displays and customers as needed. Customer service is an integral part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and placing the product in the proper areas of the store or backstock.
2. Completing endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
3. Working backstock bins and managing top stock.
4. Assisting customers with carry-outs and assembling products for customers or displays.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability to work some weekends and holidays.
• A passion for tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Service-oriented mindset.
