GENERAL PURPOSEThe Stocker at Big Deal Outlet is responsible for ensuring merchandise is received, organized, stocked, andmaintained throughout the store. This role helps keep products available, shelves organized, and the sales floorclean and customer-ready, while supporting overall store operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Unload incoming merchandise from truck containers safely and efficiently. Stock shelves, racks, and displays in a timely and organized manner. Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise shipments. Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked. Perform light janitorial duties to maintain store cleanliness. Assist customers with questions and basic product location needs. Facilitate inventory counts and report discrepancies when needed. Maintain continuous rotation of merchandise in both the warehouse and retail floor. Ensure product is accurately labeled, rotated, and displayed according to store standards. Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support team members and assist with general store operations as needed. Remain attentive to store activity to help deter theft and minimize loss.
