Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized by unloading deliveries and stocking shelves. You will greet customers and assemble products for displays, contributing to a quick, hassle-free shopping experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy tools and equipment, can lift up to 70 lbs, and are flexible with scheduling, including some weekends and holidays. A friendly, service-focused attitude helps our customers and team succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for stocking and placing product in the correct areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Work backstock bins and manage top stock.
• Assist customers with carry-outs to vehicles and assemble products for customers or displays.

As a Part-Time Stocker you will keep our retail stores organized and our shelves full for our customers by unloading product deliveries and moving the product to the sales floor. They maintain the visual presentation of the sales floor, as well as greeting customers and assembling products for displays and customers as needed. Customer service is a part of the expectation of this role. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and putting the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
2. Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
3. Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
4. Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
