Position: Part Time/Full Time - Entry Level

Reports To: Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager

Directs: Carry-Outs

Company Objective: Pyramid Foods supports local communities and is dedicated to providing quality food and service at the best prices. In this team environment, your role is to stock and face shelves efficiently.

Daily Operations

1. Maintain exceptional customer service for all clientele.
2. Adhere to "Meet and Greet" policies.
3. Stock shelves with new merchandise upon receipt.
4. Work back stock to the shelves.
5. Face shelves, maintain conditions, readjust sets, and work with new items.
6. Assist in building and maintaining displays as directed.
7. Organize and maintain the warehouse.
8. Order items as directed.
9. Assist front end or other departments as needed.

Company Standards

1. Follow safety guidelines regarding equipment and tools.
2. Comply with all company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes occasionally and exert force frequently. Ability to stand, move, lift, carry, push, and pull. Use of knives and sharp instruments is required. Must have good vision and hearing, and be able to work on slippery floors.
