Summary

The Stocker is primarily responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. Responsibilities include performing shelf stocking, back-room duties, spill cleanup, general housekeeping, and other tasks as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet, acknowledge, and engage guests entering the area or department.
2. Follow daily work schedules as assigned by management.
3. Perform stocking duties such as lifting, stocking, rotating, blocking, facing, dusting, and ordering products.
4. Maintain cleanliness in sales floor and backroom areas.
5. Attend to guests' needs and assist them in locating items.
6. Assist as front-end help, including checking and sacking.
7. Perform other duties as required by management.

Key Requirements

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
3. Physical ability to perform duties including bending, lifting, squatting, climbing, walking, and running.
4. Ability to operate equipment such as box balers and safety cutters.
5. Capability to lift items weighing up to 80 lbs regularly.
6. Receptiveness to supervisory coaching.
7. Ability to work as part of a team and get along with others.
