Job summary

McLane Company, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Stocker in Brookhaven, MS to support distribution operations. You will use reports to select products, prepare boxes, and place items into slots, while keeping counts accurate and replenishing slots as needed.

The role starts on the 1st shift at 4:00 am and emphasizes safety and teamwork. Benefits begin after 60 days, including health coverage and 401(k). This is a full-time position with room for growth in a nationwide distribution team.

• Pay rate: $17.75 per hour.
• 1st shift 4:00 am star time; end time depends on volume for the day

What you'll do as a Warehouse Stocker:

• Use various reports and computer programs to choose product.
• Prepare boxes and place in slots for selection, proactively keeping slots replenished.
• Check quantities against stocking reports.
• Record product moves to ensure correct product and accurate counts; identify and remedy insufficient and/or mis-slotted products.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
