Job summary

Saver Group in Berea, Ohio, is looking for dedicated team members to take on stocking and cashier duties while maintaining store conditions. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

This position is responsible for duties such as stocking, cashiering, and cleaning. Stockers provide excellent customer service and assist in maintaining excellent daily store conditions.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meets or exceeds set standards involving handling, stocking, and maintaining grocery, frozen, dairy, smoked meat, and all perishable products
• Stocks product on platforms, shelving, peg hooks and in baskets or refrigerated cases as needed
• Handles power and non-powered equipment and hand tools to move stock as needed after proper training
• Follows all check‑out and cash handling procedures and policies

Qualifications

• Lift product up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to be on one’s feet for extended periods of time
• Proven, efficient retail sales experience; experience in dry grocery, perishable, meat, general grocery, cash management and excellent customer service preferred
• Willingness to clean and maintain a safe working environment
