Job Summary: Assists with duties related to stocking and issuing materials used in aircraft interior construction, following company procedures. Reports to the Stockroom Supervisor or Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receiving Materials: Unload carts, verify quantities, inspect for damage, transfer to shelves, and document receipt in the MRP system (Royal IV).
  2. Filling Work Orders: Identify requested materials, pull from stock.
  3. Control Inventory: Record transactions in Royal IV, ensure accuracy and traceability, lock stockroom doors, perform cycle counts, reconcile with Royal IV, and re-enter returned materials.
  4. Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Keep the work environment safe and tidy.
  5. Handle Materials Carefully: Protect the integrity and quality of raw materials and parts.
  6. Confidentiality: Protect company product information.
  7. Adaptability: Perform additional tasks as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 0-1 years' experience, preferably in data entry or similar roles.
  • Basic computer skills: MS Windows, MS Office, basic Excel.
  • Preferred: Warehouse or manufacturing experience, intermediate Excel skills, familiarity with MRP systems.
