Job summary

Kirkland's in Harlingen, TX is seeking a Stock Team Member to help manage freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. You will assist with price changes, receiving merchandise, and maintaining an efficient stockroom while supporting a fast-paced store environment.

No experience is required, but stock experience is a plus. Be energetic, reliable and prepared to work weekends and evenings while following safety rules and Kirkland's Home Values.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, stock experience preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and assist stock replenishment on the sales floor.
• Support with price changes and markdowns as directed.
• Provide friendly service and uphold store branding and dress code.
• Work shifts with a proactive, can-do attitude and report for each shift.
