Job summary

Kirkland's Tyler, TX is seeking a Stock Team Member to help with freight flow, backroom organization, and shelf replenishment. This role requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency to keep the sales floor well stocked.

You will also assist with price changes and markdowns, maintaining a clean stockroom, and supporting the brand through friendly customer service. No experience is required, but energy, reliability, and weekend availability help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings
• Stock experience preferred; no experience necessary

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Provides support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during their shifts
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance
• When entering the salesfloor, treats customers in a respectful and professional manner; supports company branding by adhering to dress code
• Maintains high commitment and demonstrates support for company initiatives
• Takes initiative during every shift to ensure shipment is processed in a timely manner
• Reports to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude at all times
• Demonstrates a commitment to Kirkland's Home Values
