Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Stocking Associate to perform merchandise stocking duties both in Receiving and on the Sales Floor. You will help maintain back stock, replenish shelves, and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach.

You will learn product knowledge, follow planograms, participate in pricing updates, and ensure a clean, well stocked store environment. This is a part-time role with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Ability to organize back stock and merchandise efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and back stock daily.
• Assist customers and maintain a welcoming shopping experience.
• Unload trucks and replenish inventory according to guidelines.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and sign postings.
• Keep work area clean and well stocked; follow company policies.
