Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute high-probability options setups across U.S. listed equity markets.

• Apply portfolio-level risk controls to manage concentration, correlation, and drawdown.
• Review fills, P&L, and execution quality daily to refine your trading process.
• Keep an organized trade journal capturing both quantitative and qualitative observations.
• Participate in regular peer reviews and trader development sessions as desired.

Position Overview

We are seeking stock and options traders to join our professional trading firm. You will trade firm capital across equity and options markets, keeping a significant share of your profits while accessing institutional-level tools, mentorship, and a supportive trading community.

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

• Profit-based compensation from 65% to 90%, with no cap on total earnings
• Initial firm capital allocation up to $50,000, scaling toward $500,000+
• Fully remote - work from home, an office, or anywhere else of your choosing
• Performance-based capital increases reviewed on a bi-monthly schedule
