Job summary

Ann Taylor in Miami, FL is seeking a Stock Associate to keep store operations running smoothly. You will oversee shipment processing, move product from stockroom to the sales floor, and ensure the stockroom, sales floor, and desk are organized and fully stocked.

On the sales floor you will greet customers and help set a positive shopping tone. With attention to detail and a commitment to service, you will contribute to the store's success through accurate merchandising and daily inventory

Qualifications

• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with stockroom/merchandise organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy and price accuracy.
