Job summary

Ann Taylor in Houston seeks a Stock Associate to keep the store running smoothly—from shipments to stock movement and floor replenishment. You’ll greet customers on the sales floor and help set the tone for an exceptional shopping experience with attention to detail and service excellence.

You’ll contribute by maintaining organization, managing inventory, and displaying merchandise accurately while supporting store leaders and team collaboration. Availability includes evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
