Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Stock Associate in Middleton, WI to help run store operations. You will process shipments, move stock from the stockroom to the sales floor, greet customers, and uphold organized, fully stocked spaces.

Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will contribute to the store's success. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining high standards on the floor and in backroom, displaying new merchandise, and assisting with inventory accuracy and price

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Maintain the stockroom, sales floor, and desk with high organization and efficiency.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy and price accuracy, ensuring product stock levels.
• Assist store leaders with various responsibilities as needed.
