Job summary

Princess Polly is seeking a Stock Lead to drive back-of-house operations, inventory accuracy and team leadership in our Miami stores. You will oversee inventory, shipments, stockroom organization, and daily stock flow while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

In this fast-paced role, you will partner with store leaders, coach the team, uphold store standards and ensure efficiency. If you have 3+ years in retail stock/back-of-house and 1+ year in leadership, apply to join our growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience in stock or back-of-house operations.
• 1+ year of experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Great sense of style and understanding of the Princess Polly brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations including inventory management, shipment processing, stockroom organization, replenishment, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure efficient stock flow and a seamless in-store experience.
• Support execution of operational processes and company standards; keep stockroom and sales floor organized and visually appealing.
• Help lead, motivate, and develop the team with accountability and training.
• Identify opportunities to improve stockroom efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Build brand loyalty by supporting a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrate commitment to company values, innovative business style, people leadership principles, and customer-first approach.
