Job summary

Src Holdings Corp. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory accuracy and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will stand and walk most of the shift, operate scanners, and use forklifts as needed while following Haz/Com safety standards and PPE requirements. High school diploma or GED is required.

Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Solid basic math skills for counting and balancing inventory.
• Ability to read part numbers and labels without errors.
• Proficiency with scanners or inventory tech used in warehouses.
• Prev. forklift experience is preferred for material handling.
• Willingness to work at heights up to 15 ft when required.

Work is performed mostly in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as: dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures. SKILL/ KNOWLEDGE/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Competent oral and written communication skills
• Competent addition and subtraction math skills
• Competent literacy skills in order to read tags without transposing part numbers
• Able to use scanners and other technology for inventory purposes
• Powered Industrial Truck Experience
• Must not be afraid of heights; may be required elevate to heights in excess of 15 feet
