Buck Mason is seeking a Stock Coordinator to ensure the store is fully stocked and operations run smoothly. You will manage inventory, receive shipments, and support sales staff while maintaining the shop’s aesthetic and organization.

The role requires multitasking, a positive attitude, and reliable communication to handle varied schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Base pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour with potential bonuses and perks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments, organize and store inventory, and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and notify management of low or overstock situations.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, and support sales associates during busy periods.
• Maintain shop aesthetics, cleanliness, and respond proactively to unexpected circumstances.
• Maintain organization and best-practice standards for the stockroom.
• Replenish the sales floor from back stock and prepare shipments to be steamed, hung, or folded.
