Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a full-time Stockroom/Inventory Associate in St. Louis to maintain accurate inventory records, stock merchandise, and assist on the sales floor during peak times.

You will scan shipments, organize stock by department, and ensure safe, orderly stockrooms while providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and flexibility to work open availability, including weekends during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; strong customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform stocking duties safely.
• Experience with inventory records and stockroom organization is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Scan shipment as delivered and stock merchandise in the stockroom.
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories; stock shelves or offsite locations.
• Operate scanning equipment and assist on the sales floor during peak times.
• Maintain clean, safe stock areas and comply with store policies.
