Job summary

Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Stock Associate to receive shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and keep the stockroom organized across locations. You will support the sales team by replenishing the sales floor after shipments and during recovery periods.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to scan deliveries, log inventory, and lift up to 75 pounds while assisting on the sales floor during peak times. Full-time with weekend availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers.
• Scan shipment as delivered.
• Ticket and stock merchandise in the stock room or prepare for immediate distribution to the sales floor.
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories and stock merchandise on appropriate shelves or in offsite locations.
• Adjust stocking procedures to ensure aisles and exits are clear.
• Ensure merchandise is stored, ticketed, logged, and easily located for replenishment.
• Pack and log merchandise for customer deliveries as required.
• Transport merchandise to and from remote stockroom locations and maintain inventory records.
• Stockroom cleanliness and organization.
