Job summary

CAMP is a Family Experience Company operating across the country. The Stock Guest Experience Host role combines back-of-house logistics with front-of-house guest service, focusing on receiving freight, stocking, and maintaining a fully replenished sales floor.

During peak times you’ll engage families on the floor, lead or assist activities, and help with mascot meet-and-greets while keeping play areas safe and energized.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail stockroom management, inventory logistics, or customer service.
• Experience with inventory tracking software and POS systems preferred.
• 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and log inbound shipments; track discrepancies.
• Keep sales floor stocked and organized; support floor resets.
• Assist customers on floor; answer product questions.
• Support interactive activities and mascot meet-and-greets as needed.
