Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking an ambassador to live the island life in our Charlotte store. You will deliver world-class guest service, stock shelves, and assist in managing daily operations to support a smooth shopping experience.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of guest service and stock experience, are organized, and possess strong communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, with flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process store merchandise to the selling floor; replenishing floor with inventory and providing product knowledge for our guests.
• Take responsibility of daily stock room operation; ensuring shipping supply levels are neat and orderly maintained to create accessible storage area for incoming and outbound products.
• Process all inbound and outbound shipment in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Actively participate in all store-related meetings, generating reports and communicating inventory related inquiries/ discrepancies related to stock.
