Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires.
• Provide current product knowledge and professional service to enhance shopping experience (fit, wardrobe advice, add-ons).
• Inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events.
• Participate in store-related meetings and help exceed sales and service goals set by store management.
