Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and organize merchandise while following safety protocols. The role is physical, fast-paced, and involves operating pallet jacks and forklifts.

You will assist customers and teammates with a friendly, professional attitude, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, or overnights depending on store needs. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; preferred 3 months forklift/power

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• Experience operating forklift/power equipment (3 months preferred).
• Warehouse experience handling inventory and stocking (6 months preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down‑stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Support store operations by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
• Additional responsibilities for Pro Fulfillment Stores include: use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders; load delivery orders; rotate orders by delivery date; resolve customer order issues; proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction; execute Delivery Readiness best practices.
