Kohl’s in the United States is seeking a store associate who will deliver excellent customer service and ensure efficient store operations, including freight processing, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment.

You will greet customers, assist with products, stock, and safety standards, and participate in training for new hires. This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and meeting performance goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product including unloading truck shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonality.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Support product protection standards.
• Assist training of new hires on Kohl’s standards.
• Maintain integrity and teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Provide customer service and speedy transactions.
