Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Stock Team Member to help manage freight flow, backroom organization and salesfloor replenishment. You will also assist with price changes and ensure safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

This role requires high organization, urgency, and a willingness to work weekends and evenings. No experience is required, but stock experience is a plus and the ability to lift 45 pounds is needed.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; stock experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Provides support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during their shifts
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance
