Our platform powers how money moves in the modern economy. Now we need an equity expert who can match our speed, precision, and vision.

The Opportunity

This isn’t a support role—it’s a core strategic function. You’ll lead our equity compensation program from end to end in a high-growth, public company environment. You’ll report into Finance, partner daily with HR and Legal, and have direct exposure to the CEO, CFO, and VP of Accounting.

This role requires clarity under pressure, sharp communication, and zero tolerance for sloppiness. You'll turn complexity into decisions. You’ll bring answers, not noise.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end leadership of RSU-focused global equity programs
  • Day-to-day operations, plus long-term equity strategy & governance
  • Equity accounting processes—from reconciliation to SEC reporting to audit prep
  • Documentation and management of grants, vesting, exercises
  • Systems like Carta, Shareworks, or Fidelity Equity Admin
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll
  • Producing executive-ready equity insights for board and leadership
  • Supporting close cycles, external audit, and compliance with ASC 718 and GAAP

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Equip leadership with fast, accurate equity data that drives decisions
  • Create clarity for team members around what they own—and why it matters
  • Ensure precision in every audit, every forecast, every financial report
  • Build scalable processes that can support our next stage of growth and complexity
  • Represent equity in the room where decisions happen.
  • A strategic operator who owns the room without overpowering it
  • You prioritize fast, communicate clearly, and never overcomplicate
  • You stay calm in ambiguity, ask the right questions, and deliver crisp answers
  • Accuracy is your religion—but speed, context, and trust are your language
  • You understand how equity supports not just compensation—but culture, compliance, and capital markets
  • 8+ years in equity compensation focus
  • Proven ownership of equity programs in a public company setting
  • CPA and/or CEP preferred
  • Fintech or technology company experience
  • Experience with major equity systems (Carta, Shareworks, etc.)

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote
  • Equity with real upside
  • Fast-moving, high-autonomy culture
  • Leadership that trusts you—and expects results
  • Significant career growth opportunities
  • Generous PTO and full benefits
