Job summary

Mouser is hiring for a Stock Control Associate – Order Pulling. The role focuses on pulling parts from shelves or bins, verifying accuracy, and entering data with handheld devices to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You will maintain a clean, organized workspace, support safety practices, and assist with continuous improvements within the warehouse. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensures Mouser meets or exceeds customer’s expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality/accuracy
• Strictly adheres to all posted procedures
• Maintains acceptable attendance based on Mouser Absence Policy guidelines, which are measured against the number of unscheduled missed hours. Must be at work on time. Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job
• Demonstrates a positive “team” oriented demeanor and approach toward work assignments. Contributes to ongoing success of the entire warehouse team by willingly accepting and embracing “other duties as required” along with willingness to help the department as a whole
• Actively cross-trains in other areas, as required, outside of a primary job function

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Able to use a computer, and handheld computer/iPad (preferred)
• Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math
• Able to read and understand instructions in English
• Strong quality and productivity orientation
• Able to maneuver in aisles 36\" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10- 12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2' (using stairs and ladders)
• May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (such as wave, forklift and/or pallet jack) (preferred)
• Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
