To ensure success in this position you will need to perform to a high level of accuracy.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized.* Pulls and packs products based on customer orders.* Fulfills customer orders in a timely manner.* Keeps goods stored safely in an organized manner.* Checks products for any damage, reporting problems to management.* Confirms correct quantities and verifies product accuracy using visual masters or part prints.* Identify opportunities to improve processes.* Follows good safety practices and work safe practices.* Reads, understands, and complies with Quality and Environmental policies.* Completes work instruction paperwork as required to accurately account for material and time usage.* Accurately logs into and out of operating system via handheld devices or terminals based upon function being performed.* Familiarity with computers, printers, and hand-held scanning devices.* Sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders, and signing pick tickets to confirm.* Ability to work independently.* Use of simple hand tools, pallet jacks, scales, carts, calculators, portable stairways, etc.* Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse range of people.## QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
