As part of our team, you'll help keep service operations running smoothly by receiving, stocking, and distributing parts, verifying invoices, and assisting with inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock parts in correct bin locations.

• Pick up parts from local vendors using a company vehicle.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders for deliveries.

Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Parts Stock Clerk to join our outstanding Parts Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying organized, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

As a valued member of our parts team, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department running efficiently by ensuring parts are received, organized, stocked, and delivered accurately.

What You'll Do

• Receive and check in stock orders, then stock parts in the correct bin locations.
• Pull and distribute parts orders for technicians in a timely manner.
• Receive, reconcile, and properly locate shipments from outside vendors.
• Pick up parts from local vendors using a company vehicle when needed.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders for all pickups and deliveries.
• Process and verify payments received with delivery invoices.
