Job summary

Impact Recruitment Ltd is seeking a reliable Stock Clerk to join a fast-paced warehouse environment in the New York area. You will receive, unpack, stock shelves with merchandise and maintain orderly stockroom operations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 5+ years in a stockroom, and strong Excel and ERP skills to support inventory records and requisitions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years working in a stockroom environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read and understand documents such as kit pulls, stores requisitions, computer reports, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory into stock, verify quantity, assign inventory location and locate parts as required.
• Handle all material in a safe and proper manner using prescribed methods including ESD electrical requirements and safety equipment.
• Issue parts to kits or fill stores requisitions as required, including verification of quantity, part number accuracy and inventory record.
• Maintain Min/Max supply part inventory.
• Maintain Stockroom facilities in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Perform cycle count inventory verification as needed.
• Move or arrange transport of materials from one department to another as required.
• Perform yearly physical inventory for all stockroom inventory.

The Salary Range is $40,000 - $50,000.
