Job summary

Areas USA Boise is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. You will unload, unpack, inspect shipments, and report discrepancies; price items with markups and label sizes/colors for inventory control; and assist in counts and transfers within the system.

Your role emphasizes safety and organization, maintaining neat work areas, and contributing to daily stock records. Prior warehouse experience and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Experience receiving using a data entry system, inventorying, and shipping.
• Computer knowledge and good communication skills.
• Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle counts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Unload, unpack, and inspect shipments.
• Report damage, missing items, or inconsistencies as directed.
• Pricing items with mark-ups and labeling for inventory control.
• Maintain the recycling program and manage cardboard disposal.
• Assist in merchandise counts, daily records, and transfers in the inventory system.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Inform supervisor of any low or excessive stock.
• Ensure work areas are neat, clean, organized and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
