Rowe’s IGA Supermarkets in Florida is seeking a Stock/Center Store Associate to ensure quality, freshness, and good product assortment across the store. You will receive, stock, rotate, face products, take special orders, and provide exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, verifying pricing and signage, maintaining high presentation standards, and working well with others in a fast-paced retail setting. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to deliver friendly and prompt customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and do simple math.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well with others and work well as a team.
• Continually strives to be product minded, customer minded, personnel minded, detailed, consistent and forward focused.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• A passion for serving others.
• Prior experience is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including greeting customers and answering questions with a positive attitude.
• Receives stores, stocks, fills, maintains, and rotates products on shelves and displays
• Confirms pricing accuracy, country of origin, and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items
• Pulls out of dated product from the shelves
• Maintains high presentation standards and quality
• Assists in other duties as assigned.
• Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
• Assists as needed to ensure the success of the store.
