Summary

Our Stock Associates are vital to our store success. As a Stock Associate, you organize inventory and maintain safe, efficient stock areas. You work closely with the Stock Lead to receive and merchandise items, ensuring customers find the products they want when they want them. You operate as part of a dynamic team, collaborating to meet business objectives.

Description

As an UGG Stock Associate, you receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products to meet store needs. You verify shipments upon arrival, handle discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy. You assist in assembling, packing, and shipping merchandise transfers between locations or distribution centers. You adhere to all stock policies, keep the stock room organized, and follow safety and security measures to prevent theft. Damaged or mismatched inventory is managed according to company standards.

Beyond back-of-house responsibilities, you replenish and display products on the sales floor, organizing them per Visual Merchandising standards. On the sales floor, you greet customers, direct them to products, answer questions, and share product knowledge. Maintaining a positive attitude, you promote the store and brand image in all interactions. You are a team player, punctual, and communicate with your Store Manager about any schedule changes.
