Job summary

Stonewall Kitchen, LLC is seeking a Seasonal, Part-Time Stock Associate in Newburyport, MA. The role focuses on receiving, unpacking and organizing store shipments, stocking the floor per merchandising guidelines and assisting inventory control.

The position offers 8–10 hours per week on Wednesdays and Saturdays through December 30, 2026, with a pay rate of $16.50–$17.00 per hour. A high school diploma, basic math skills and Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be computer literate; Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, twist, reach, push and pull; perform repetitive motions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock by receiving, unpacking, processing, organizing and putting away orders at the Newburyport store.
• Ticket incoming goods with price ticket information.
• Prepare receiving paperwork and packing slips as needed.
• Stock the sales floor according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist in weekly inventory cycle counting and report discrepancies to management.
• Inspect incoming orders for damage and report issues.
• Transfer products to other locations by packing and moving items.
• Assist with price changes by printing and re-ticketing.

The Stock Associate is responsible for assisting in accurate and timely receiving and processing of the Newburyport, MA store shipments. The Stock Associate assists stocking the sales floor in accordance with the visual merchandising guidelines and as directed by the store management team.

Schedule: Anticipated to work about 8-10 hours per week, Wednesday's & Saturday's through December 30, 2026.

Job Summary

• Manage stock by receiving, unpacking, processing, organizing, and putting away Company Store orders
• Ticket incoming goods with required price ticket information
• Prepare, obtain, and/or complete receiving paperwork, packing slips etc. as needed in an accurate and timely manner
• Stock the sales floor in accordance with the visual merchandising guidelines
• Assist in weekly inventory cycle counting, including identifying issues that impact accuracy and report issues to store management for correction
• Inspect incoming orders for damage and report issues to management team
• Transfer products to other locations by wrapping, packing, and processing items
• Assist with retail price changes by printing updated tickets and re-ticketing
• Assist with bi-annual physical inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift
• Research inventory discrepancies as directed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Excel preferred), have basic math skills and a proficient use of a calculator.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. on a regular basis and to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Must be able to climb ladders, bend, twist, reach, push and pull and perform repetitive motions.
• Must be able to move large quantities of merchandise with carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
