About the Role
Receive shipments and accurately maintain inventory records. Maintain stockroom and off-site locations. Assist the sales team in replenishing the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods.

- Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers
- Scan shipments upon delivery
- Ticket and stock merchandise in the stockroom or prepare for immediate distribution to the sales floor
- Provide feedback to supervisors regarding inventory levels and damages
- Organize the stockroom by department and categories, and stock merchandise on appropriate shelves or in offsite locations
- Adjust stocking procedures to ensure aisles and exits are clear
- Ensure merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed, packaged, logged, and easily located for replenishment
- Pack and log merchandise for customer deliveries as required
- Transport merchandise to and from remote stockroom locations and maintain accurate inventory records
- Keep the stockroom clean, swept, with garbage removed and supplies organized
- Assist on the sales floor during peak times and as assigned
- Complete tasks listed on the daily agenda or as assigned (e.g., store maintenance, lighting, cleaning)
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Follow all stockroom procedures to minimize loss to the company

- You have 1-2 years of customer service and stockroom experience (preferred)
- You have basic product knowledge (preferred)
- You possess effective time management skills
- You can be mobile in the stockroom or on the sales floor for extended periods
- You can operate and read scanning equipment for long periods
- You can lift and carry items up to 100 lbs. with proper techniques
Physical Requirements:
- Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods
- Operation of POS system
- Lifting and moving items up to 75 pounds safely

This role offers a competitive compensation package, with pay based on various factors. The anticipated hourly pay range is $16.00-$17.00.
