POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Associate to join our team who will ensure the store's stock levels are maintained, products are well-organized, and the store is presented in an orderly and appealing manner. You will be a product expert to educate, inform, and outfit the customer for any occasion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unload deliveries, organize and stock products on racks and displays to ensure they are easily accessible to customers
• Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
• Ensure items are properly tagged with accurate pricing and signage
• Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition, reporting any discrepancies or damage.
• Ensure store inventory is regularly inspected, removed, or rotated according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates
• Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Previous retail or stock experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Lift and/or move up to approximately 60 pounds frequently
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to become an expert on BYLT product knowledge

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
