Job summary

Michael Kors in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Stock Associate to keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked, and to assist in inventory in stockroom and on the selling floor. You will support stock, shipping/receiving protocols, participate in inventories, and uphold POS policies.

Minimum 2 years retail experience is required, with a focus on delivering high-level customer service and building repeat clientele.

• Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
• Participate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs and meetings as directed by store management
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Build and maintain repeat clientele; utilize client book
• Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
