Job summary

GUESS Factory in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Stock Associate to receive, unpack and prepare merchandise for the selling floor, while keeping the stock room organized and clean. The role includes moving merchandise to the floor and supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist with transfers, RTVs, and damages, and participate in inventories, while adhering to GUESS policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Able to work in a team.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stock room organization and cleanliness.
• Bring new goods to the selling floor and replenish merch.
• Execute transfers, RTVs, and manage damages.
• Perform housekeeping and participate in inventories.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
