Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Stock Associate to join Marc Jacobs International at the Livermore Outlet in California. As a Stock Associate, you will maintain back-of-house operations and assist the sales and management teams. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards, inventory management, and supporting customer satisfaction.

Overview

Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Stock Associate to join its Livermore Outlet location in Livermore, California. As Stock Associate, you will contribute to the store by maintaining the back-of-house operations and supporting the sales and management team. This position will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stockroom and sales floor are maintained to company’s visual and cleanliness standards
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations
• Responsible for shipping & receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Manager in a timely manner to avoid errors in inventory levels
• Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner to meet client expectations
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories
• Prepare stockroom & sales floor for annual inventory
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ retail experience with a focus on back-of-house responsibilities
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

Salary & Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $19 - $20 (hourly). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
