Job summary

World Market is hiring retailers in Wilmington, NC to process freight, stock shelves, maintain a clean stockroom, and ensure a safe, inviting shopping environment. You will assist customers at the register and support buy online pickup in store orders as needed.

Successful candidates bring a can-do attitude, strong communication and time-management skills; retail experience helps but is not required, and you must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 40 lbs.

What You’ll Do

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
