Job summary

World Market, a world‑market retailer, is seeking team members to create an inviting shopping experience in our Flower Mound store. You’ll help customers, manage merchandising standards, and support in-store and online pickup services.

We value a can-do attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work well with others. Full-time and part-time roles available with benefits and training to grow your retail career.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed.
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect “anything.”

Experience & Skills You’ll Bring

• A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum Age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
