Job summary

World Market is seeking team members for both full-time and part-time roles to make the shopping experience fun and memorable. You’ll handle freight, merchandising, stocking, and safe store operations while engaging customers with passion for our products.

The position emphasizes a can-do attitude, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Age 16+; prior retail helps, but isn’t required. Training and benefits support career growth and team success.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

• Process freight and unload trucks.

• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.

Hourly Pay Range is $15.16-$15.66

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service. All associates earn paid sick leave.
